Lazy Farm House Shipping Policy

At Lazy Farm House, we are committed to delivering the freshest, purest live microgreens directly to your door. We take pride in our sustainable growing practices and strive to ensure that our microgreens arrive at your location in peak condition. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of our products.

Shipping Methods

  • Expedited Shipping: We exclusively offer expedited local delivery shipping options. These orders are prioritized and typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Local Delivery: $6.00 flat rate per order, or free for orders over $50.

Order Processing

  • Order Cutoff Time: In order to maintain consistency, freshness, & synchronized growth process, orders placed by 12:00 PM (EST) Tuesday every week will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be seeded the following Tuesday.
  • Harvest Schedule: We do not harvest our live microgreens; this experience is left with the consumer. Microgreens are delivered live, and will still be able to grow for up to 3 additional days.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase. A second email will be sent with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging

Our microgreens are carefully packed in recyclable, insulated packaging designed to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels during transit. Each tray is sealed to ensure the product arrives fresh, vibrant, and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within the United States. In the near future, we will offer international shipping to shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other territories.

Delivery Issues

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control may affect delivery times. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate any delays and provide updates on your order status.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our microgreens, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
